our product images, for variations, are very blury when you select a variant.  The image it is trying to use appears to be the 100px thumbnail.  for example:

    https://xpedo.com/product/pedals/cxr/

select another color and you will see the wrong image size used, and and a very blury image.

Updated to latest version of the theme.

I have rebuilt the thumbnails, did not help.

I have tried deactivating all plugins, did not fix.

If i change themes the images are okay, it just happens in your theme.

    Please help!

    thanks, kevin

    Solution for this topic

    Hi Kevin,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Jevelin theme as displayed in the attached screenshot.

Please make sure that you have set larger image for each variation.

If it doesn’t help then would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will be able to see it.”?

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

Sorry, but we can still not make this work – we hare using a large image in our variation option (color) but still get the 100px image.  if we change to default theme it works fine.

I have just tested it on your site now and it is working fine for me as shown in the attached screenshot.

    Is the issue resolved?
