Hello.
I have a licensed version of Gillion, but slider revolution doesn’t work and I can’t update WP bakery, even though these are shipped with the theme. Can you advise?

Could you please tell me exactly what is not working in it and share the page URL from your site where it is not working so that I can troubleshoot it?

You can just delete and reinstall it from Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins

Shufflehound teamHello. Thanks for the swift response. I have deleted WP bakery Page Builder, as instructed. Ive tried to reinstall but I can’t see a like-for-like version in plugins. The only other way is to by a new licence, but why would I do that when it ships with Gillion?
Hello. The Slider revoluiton plugin. I have uploaded a screengrab to show you that it’s asking for ‘plugin activation’ via a code, which I dont have. I thought this theme shipped with SR?
The WpBakery page builder and Slider Revolution plugins come bundled with the theme so you don’t need to purchase them.
You can just install them from Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
Please note that you are using the WPbakery page builder plugin bundled with the theme therefore you are not direct customer of that plugin and cannot update that plugin until you purchase it.

We update the plugin with every new theme version. In this case you can just delete old plugin version and reinstall latest plugin version bundled with theme from Appearance -> Install Plugins
If you have not purchased slider revolution plugin and using the plugin bundled with the theme then you are not direct customer of that plugin so can not activate that plugin.

To use the plugin you don’t need activation code, you can just install and activate the plugin from Appearance -> Install Plugins
