Hello,
I’m getting an error when using Slider revolution for a video showcase. In “navigation” when “tabs” are enabled with a “Hesperiden” style I get this:

When style is set to “none” I can see the content but no thumbs or tabs. The above settings are default for a free video player template available for Slider Revolution: https://revolution.themepunch.com/wordpress-media-gallery-slider/
I set the navigation to “thumbs” and it works, but it would be nice to have tabs as the video thumbs are not always explanatory of the content.

Shufflehound teamSure, here you go. The tabs style Hesperiden gives the error. If it’s set to “none” the video can be seen in the main slider, but the thumbs in tabs are not visible.
Actually this is plugin territory and the theme can’t do anything with it.
You can contact Slider Revolution plugin author regarding this.
I probably could. But it’s the plugin you include in your theme. And it doesn’t work.
So that’s two “bonuses” in your premium theme – I can’t have a nice photo gallery or full functionality with the bundled plugin!
I think those are the basic things one would hope for when purchasing a theme.
Is there a way to have my money back?
Please no offense, but this just doesn’t work for me.

Our included plugin Slider Revolution is compatible with our theme, but we can’t make sure that every plugin option is working right, because that is up plugin developer. Otherwise we couldn’t include any feature rich plugin.
If you can give us a live link to your issue, we could take a look for a solution.

I understand. That is why I’m pointing out to the problems. But if you include the plugin and something doesn’t work – I think you should work it out. The customers should rightly expect everything to work if they buy the theme.

There are two sections with exactly the same settings and padding. The top one has two 1/2 columns. They don’t align. Also, the bottom one has a tab section which, when set to “style 1” (as it’s set now) breaks out of the frame.
