    Hi there,

    Sliders are no longer working. It is asking me to purchase the premium access, although it came free with my theme originally.

    I’ve updated everything and still nothing works

    Can you please help me out?

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    It seems you are using an older version of the theme on your website so please update it to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

     


    Please login to access this file

     

    Please clear your browser cache after updating the theme so that the latest js and CSS files will be loaded.

     

    You don’t need to purchase the slider as it comes free bundled with the theme that you can install from the below path.

     

    Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
