Hi,
I tried to add my FB fan page into the social counter.
I have entered the FB page ID as requested.
But the counter is not showing the FB icon. Do I need to add also the FB app ID and the FB app secret?
Could you please help me with that?

So I finally managed to create my FB app. (btw, it took me more than 48 hours to that with all the authentifications etc.)
I have entered the ID and the app secret but the counter still does not show the FB page.
Also, the Instagram icon dissapeared today.
Could you please help me to fix the issue?

I logged into your shared site and saw you are using an older version of the theme so please update the theme on your site to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

Please share me your facebook and instagram page URLs and make sure that you are using correct App ID & App Secret and share me the screenshots of them.

I can see in your shared screenshot that you have not added App Domain so please configure it as described in the below pages.

Please share me the screenshot of how you have added domain.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Also, please try recreating the facebook App.
Hi, I have recreated tha app as you suggested and deactivated all the plugins.
But unfortunately the counter still does not show any FB.
