    Hi,

    I installed Gillion template for my website tastyicecream.com. Social share buttons are not floating in the single post pages. Could you please help me fixing this issue ASAP?

    Hi there,

     

    Can you please try to disable all caching and optimizing plugins and see if that works? Often that is the issue.

    I was using wp rocket and cloudflare. I disabled both of them but the button didn’t float. Could you please tell me what to check next?

    Sorry for our late response due to holidays time.

    The somewhat good news is that we found out that in our Gillion showcase website we have the same issue. But only when we are not logged in as then caching isn’t enabled.

    Unfortunately at the moment we can’t find the cause, but we will let you know when we will fix it.
