    Dear Sirs,

The swipe is not working on the element ‘vc_column_container’ (see screenshot please) on a Mac device (Chrome, FF, Safari). Can you please fix that?

    Thanks,
    Nikola

    Hi Nikola,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

I have tested by visiting the below demo website on MAC chrome and safari browsers but it is working fine for me using mouse swipe.

Could you please share your site URL where it is not working so that I can troubleshoot it?

    Best regards,

    Hello,

Chrome Version 83.0.4103.116 (Official Build) (64-bit)
    Browser Firefox 78.0.2 (64 bit)
    Safari Version 13.1.1 (15609.2.9.1.2)

It’s not working on your demo site as well: https://gillion.shufflehound.com/
if you click on the arrows it works, but mouse swipe is not.

    THanks,
    Nikola

It works fine for me as displayed in the below video.

Please try deactivating all browser extensions and if possible please also test it on a different system.

    Dear Support,

Maybe it works fine for you, but the bug still exists in the browsers i mentioned above. Can you please try to reproduce them and fix?

    Thanks,
    Nikola

There is no way to resolve the issue If I can’t reproduce it.

As said above, I have tested it using the same browsers that you have used but it works fine for me.

It seems there is something specific to your system causing the issue.

Have you tried deactivating all browser extensions and also tested it on a different system?
