    Hi,

We’ve had the Jevelin theme running for a while now, and spent ages perfecting it with our logo, fonts and colour scheme.

I was shocked when I clicked on it today and everything had just changed, no one that I know of has touched anything, so do you know what could’ve happened?

Here is the blog –Ā https://catinaflat.blog/en/

The image attached is what it should really look like.

Is there anyway we can get it back? Even the logo is gone šŸ™

    Thanks for your advice,

    Julie

    HiĀ Julie,

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

I am not sure why it happened on your site but the theme doesn’t do it itself so something must have happened causing it.

Do you have backup of your site?

If yes then you can restore it.

Please update the theme on your site to the below latest version as described hereĀ https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

If you still face the issue then pleaseĀ configure the theme settings and your site home page settings as displayed in the attached screenshots.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

Ah I did a ‘rewind’ from the 1 Sept and it went back to normal, phew!

Should I still do the updates from the link you provided? I’m to scared to touch anything šŸ™‚

    Thanks for your help,

    Julie

Yes you can update the theme without any issue.

Just take backup of your site before updating the theme so that if anything goes wrong then you can restore it.
