Dear Sirs and Madames,
we use the module
“Testimonials”
with the styling
“Style 3”
Two testimonials are always displayed.
The rest can be indicated by “arrows”.Are there options to increase the number of posts displayed immediately to 4 or 5?

You are using the Testimonial element of Unyson page builder there is no option to display more than two testimonial elements at a time.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of the Jevelin theme.
