Home › Forums › Gillion Theme › Thrive Leads Height Cropped
Hello, on my home and blog pages, (https://www.novelmindset.com/) I see that my sign up forms, particularly in the sidebar, are cropped in height.
Attached is a picture of what the sidebar form should look like. Notice the “privacy policy” and “terms and conditions” links, which aren’t present on the website.
This seems similar to an Instabuilder page issue which this support helped me with, I’m confident in you guys!
Hi @PeterMichaelNM,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I visited your site but it doesn’t seem the search form is getting cut.
Could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is displaying correctly so that I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Scroll down on the home page linked above.
Also, it’s formatted differently.
I have already visited your site homepage but I don’t see the same thing.
Please see what I am getting as shown in the attached screenshot and advise.
Please try once more, I cleared the cache!
Now I can see it.
Could you please temporarily disable the WP Fastest Cache and autoptimize cache that you are using on your site so that I can troublehsoot it?
Also, as requested above could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is displaying correctly so that I can troubleshoot it?
I have cleared the cache so it should display properly.
Now, here’s the url where it previews correctly: https://www.novelmindset.com/?post_type=tve_form_type&p=2041&_key=7
Advice is appreciated!

Those links are not part of the widget that you have displayed on the above shared page as shown in the attached screenshots.
To resolve this, you also need to add those links in the widget.
What about the odd formatting on my webpage? Again, it’s https://www.novelmindset.com
This seems because the CSS and markup of that form is not working correcty in the sidebar.
From where have you taken or generated that thrive lead form code or snippet?
From the Thrive Leads “Widget” section!
The theme doesn’t provide that widget.
How did you get the thrive leads widget?
Have you used the code or any plugin?
Please tell me a bit more detailed information about it.
Well I used the Thrive Leads plugin.
Ok then does it work fine for you in the sidebar using any default WordPress theme such as Twenty Seventeen theme?
If yes then please share me the screenshot of the screen.
It does not.
Then it is not a theme issue but the Thrive Leads plugin issue so please contact the plugin support to resolve it.
