if i am using the instagram widget in the footer then i can control the size however if i am using the same in the page widget section the size attribute is having no effect
can you please help on this one my site is xarmsolutions.com

Is that widget provided by the Insteagram plugin?
If yes then please contact the plugin support to resolve it.
That plugin is part of your theme i am just customizing it and in the theme home page it says it is not being maintained
That WP Instagram Widget plugin is removed from the WordPress repository.
We will remove this plugin from a recommendation in the future version of the theme.
You can use any other Instagram widget plugin on your site by selecting the plugin from below listed plugins.
