    Hi guys,

I’m trying to update WPBakery through the Install Plugins page but it’s coming back with Malformed URL: “key” is required

I also get this message when trying to update from the WordPress Plugins page.

    Hi @hgmarketing,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

I logged into your website and updated it by deleting and reinstalling the WpBakery page builder plugin.

    Could you please confirm it?

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    Hi Shufflehound Support,

I can indeed confirm that the plugin is running the latest version.

However, there are now issues with the sticky navigation, animations, parralax backgrounds and image sliders.

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

I’ve tried it with ONLY Unyson and WPBakery activated and the problem persists.

I’ve also tried it with Slider Revolution both on and off.

FYI I was on WPBakery 6.0.5 before updating to 6.1.

I visited your shared site and it seems working fine for me on the essential-safety-measures/ page.

Have you managed to make it work?

It seems to work on that page (I did nothing).

However the problem still persists on the home page.

I logged into your website and saw you were using some wrong HTML code on the homepage of your website as shown in the attached screenshot causing the issue.

I have disabled the section having that HTML code and the contact form section started working fine now.

    Could you please confirm it?
