I tried to install the unyson plugin upon purchase and the following error code appeared:

    Downloading installation package from https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/unyson.2.7.19.zip…

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    Destination folder already exists. /srv/www/users0/f/d/fdddafcf/public/wp-content/plugins/unyson/

    Plugin installation failed.

    Hi @Benjaminco,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

It seems you have already installed the Unyson plugin on your site so please delete existing plugin to reinstall it.

If you don’t see it in the plugins section then you can remove plugin directory on the path /wp-content/plugins/unyson/ in your WordPress install.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

I don’t see it in the plugins section.

How do I access the plugin directory? I don’t know what to do with the directions you gave me.

    Ben

You can access plugin directory using your site FTP or cPanel file manager and delete it as described in the following pages.

Thanks. I fixed the plugin. But now i’m trying to import demo content using the one click installer but it won’t appear on my page. I either get the error message: Error: Forbidden (403) or a message saying the demo has successfully been installed (but nothing changes on my site).

    please advise

Please make sure you are importing the demo using our new installation method (under Appearance > Import Demo Data) as described in the following page.

If you are still facing the issue with it then to help us keep support thread separates could you please create new thread for each of your other questions instead of asking them in your single thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.

If you want to you can also add reference of this thread in your newly created thread.

We would be more than happy to help you on your new thread.
