hello! how I can update the theme, get new features (lifestyle) if the theme is installed and the my site works?

You can update theme by downloading latest version of theme on clicking on the below button and then use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/ on your site to update it.
