    Hello,

    We have a website with Gillion 3.6.0 and we have upgrade WordPress 6.11 by mistake and now we have this error:

    so we have 2 questions:

    • is there any way to solve that problem quickly?
    • How could we upgrade to the latest version go Gillion?

    Can you please let us know which WPBakery page builder version is active? As it seems that the plugin may be causing the issue.

    Hi,

    The version is 6.2.0 and PHP version is 7.4.33.

     

    For the upgrade do I need to do something before or just upload the zip?

    You can upload the ZIP, but after that, you will need also to upgrade the WPBakery page builder, we have attached it below.
