<div role=”navigation” aria-label=”Main menu”></div>

oh, sorry, I thought you knew from the previous messages… sorry π
it’s pure-design.uk
I attached 2 screenshots, one I see when my website is live – thats a static BG picture I set up just in case
the other one is in editing mode, I can see the video and its in motion…
thank you for your help π
Hi,
do you have any tips please how I could fix this video issue?
many thanks π
Hello,
Thank you for sharing the details and screenshots!
Sometimes there are multiple websites involved, so itβs always good to confirm which one to check. π
For the video issue, could you first try disabling any performance optimization plugins? These can sometimes interfere with video backgrounds. If that doesnβt resolve the issue, itβs a bit tricky to pinpoint the exact cause without directly inspecting your setup.
Would it be possible to provide login credentials using the private information field? This would allow us to investigate further.
Looking forward to your reply!
Best regards,

amazing, thank you π
Hello,
Have you tried removing the background image? It currently seems that the background image is overwriting the video, and removing it should allow the video to display and work properly.
Please give that a try and let us know if it resolves the issue. π
