Hi there, we are having problems with the blog output for video posts…

somethimes they show up, and then they don’t – and in the source code there is nothing in the video div…
also we have problems with https://blog.nothegger-transporte.at/impressum/
the margin is as on every site – still it looks like this…
we use wpbakery page builder…

Please try updaing the theme on your site to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

I logged into your shared site and saw you are still using an older version of the theme as shown in the attached screenshot so please update it to the latest version as described above.

We did not change the theme or anything, videos just don’t show up in the blog posts…
Could you please share the blog post URL from your site where it is not displaying so that I can troubleshoot it?
Also, you are still using an older version of the theme on your website so could you please update it to the below latest version?
