    Hi, I am making an ecommerce with the Jevelin template and I don’t understand why the header (menu) and footer are hidden when I create the my account page of woocommerce?

    It’s indeed unusual to encounter such an issue. We suggest reinstalling the theme and, if possible, resetting the theme settings – especially if you haven’t made extensive modifications. Additionally, please check if a plugin might be causing the problem by disabling them one at a time.
