    Hello there,

The WooCommerce Checkout Button isn’t working on iPhones with the Gillion theme, when the cart button is clicked. The button works fine on Android phones.

I have disabled all the plugins except WooCommerce and it didn’t work. I also changed the theme to Storefront with all the plugins activated, and the Checkout button worked.

This seems to be a Gillion-specific issue.

    Hi @dominantdesires,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

Please make sure that you are using the below latest version of the theme.

Also, could you please share the page URL from your site where it is happening so that I can troubleshoot it?

    Best regards,

I am using the most recent theme, version 4.0.

Do you mean the button as shown in the attached screenshot?

It works fine for me on iPhone.

Could you please tell me which browser you are using and try using a different browser?

The screenshot shows the button that doesn’t work.

Everything works fine on computers and Android devices, but it doesn’t work on iPhones. It may possibly be Safari as well, but I don’t have that browser and primarily only use Chrome.

It works fine for me using the chrome browser on my iPhone.

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the browser and try clearing its cache.

It works with Chrome on iPhones? Okay, that explains why it works with Android phones.

So it’s an issue with Safari, then. This might be a problem, as a lot of people don’t use Chrome on their iPhones.

Thanks for checking it out. Is there going to be a fix for this in the future?

We will troubleshoot the issue more and fix it.
