Im trying to edit text with the WPbakery plugin on Jevelin template and it just loads a blank popup. I have the PHP Version: 7.2.19 enabled.

Does it work fine in the admin area of your site?

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
If it is not a plugin conflict then would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
I deactivated as instructed but still it doesn´t work. Attaching access.
I logged into your site and it seems this is happening because the file admin-ajax.php is not accessible as shown in the attached screenshot.
Could you please contact your web host to know whether they are restricting it?
