Hi, do you have instructions for updated theme with the downloaded file. As opposed to the normal way (when updates are available via WordPress)?

Redirect happens only very occasionally, when loading loading the main url (in this case eve______.com.au) and after it happens once on a particular PC / Phone, it may not do it again for quite a long time., making it very hard to see if any changes have made a difference.
Also attached is picture from WORDFENCE re Slider Revolution vulnerability in Version that comes with Jevelin (Current Slider Revolution Plugin Version: 6.7.10) it needs to be updated to 6.7.11 or above.
To clarify, I wish to know how to access the mobile editor so that I can remove some images, reduce the sizes or others, change the layout, etc. Is there a way to change the website for mobile view exclusively, without impacting desktop viewing?

Can I use Jevelin on a temporary domain to recreate my website without having to wipe it, or is there another method I can use to both preserve my current website, and create a replica from scratch. I need access to both, so that I can build the new one based on the old one.

I installed the Email Check plugin and immediately got the test email, however I did not receive any email when I attempted the test from the Contact box settings. Since then, I’ve disabled all plugins but Unyson and WPBakery, however the issue prevails, both on the website itself (with the same error message), and in sending a test email.
Do you have any other suggestions?
I am using anchors in my main menu and when i click them the first time the page loads anchor scrolls past the text like attached image, how do i fix this, i have even entered a text cell and used the above method of adding a span id and it still loads past the span and the heading following.
I noticed that it also does this if i scroll all the way to the top of the page and click a link again.
