Hello,
I’m having an issue with my website in where the contact form always fails. It always returns with “Could not validate the form”. I’ve filled in all the information in the Settings page of the editor, but it still fails.

I could confirm the issue on your shared website.
Please use the following plugin to test whether your site sends emails successfully.

If your website and above plugin doesn’t send test email then you can troubleshoot and fix the email not getting sent issue as described in the below pages.

If the test email gets sent then please check whether the test email sent from the contact form settings gets sent successfully.
Also, this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

I installed the Email Check plugin and immediately got the test email, however I did not receive any email when I attempted the test from the Contact box settings. Since then, I’ve disabled all plugins but Unyson and WPBakery, however the issue prevails, both on the website itself (with the same error message), and in sending a test email.
Do you have any other suggestions?
You have check whether you have configured the contact form settings correctly and email sending method.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

I logged into your website and saw this was happening because you were using the captcha field without configuring it as shown in the attached screenshot.
I removed the captcha field and it started working fine.
