Thank you, it works!
I like the idea of switching themes, but I can not copy that it helped.
going to something like twentytwenty theme is not producing any meaningful output in the end. The jevelin theme is working with pagebuilders and shortcodes all over the place… twentytwenty just makes some weird gibberish out of this site…
neither in pageeditor (backend) nor in fronend (viewing the page) I can find any meaningful code to proof whether my changes (url of links with another domain) is in place or not… it’s just not there anymore at all 😉
but thanks so far! other ideas or still thinking it can’t be the theme?
is the unyson pagebuilder involved somehow? Do you have a clue?
mhh of course in the first place I tried to solve this issue with my hosting provider. And after investigation on their end they came up with the conclusion that the theme is involved in this issue.
you are sure that this really can’t be the case?
we already addressed your ideas:
server cache has been cleared several times
and
wrong table is hardly possible, because I actual can see the content (sourcecode) in the database and thus know that this is the right one and after I updated the page in wordpress wp-admin backend once again the content in database has been the “old” one as well, so I am definitely at the right table and column
I just don’t understand why changed content in database is not affecting the wordpress instance at all… neither in wp-admin backend because when I edit the content it’s still the “old” one not the one in the database and same for the frontend when actually browsing the page “old” content as well. after clearing all the caches around (browser, server)…
so you have no hint at all? template really can’t be part of the problem?
Thank you, I already solved it. please close the thread.
Solution for this topic
Fortunately it turned out it was a bug in the preview, after publishing the page the issue is no longer there, so please close this ticket!
I’m sharing the link, the video is in the DATENEXTRAKTION section.
Actually it seems to be working on desktop when I add a certain level of whitespace to display the video, but not on mobile.
On chrome mobile the video in the column background is not visible.
Hello!
The problem is not really solved, the logo is still not sizing correctly after removing the CSS code.
Could you please elaborate on the further developments regarding fixing this bug?
Best regards.
Actually I see now that the linked site displays content with raleway, not montserrat. So that’s also a problem.
Thank you for your response.
