I did get email sent by Check Email plugin and the contact setting page. So I don’t think it’s an issue of my wordpress not sending emails. I think it could be a bug of the contact form that Unyson create.
Yes, I also got the plugin you mentioned.
As for the SMTP settings, I DID configure them correctly. I put the same information that I used in other email POP/SMTP settings and made sure it worked fine there.
Yes, I got the same message and didn’t get the email. I’m skeptical about whether it works.
Yes. The plugin works well as itself. Also, when I send a test mail on the mailer tap in the contact form setting, it works fine. BUT, when I actually test the contact form, I get the same error message. “Invalid destination email…”. The link to the page that I am working on:

I will try to install the plugin you suggested. And I put the login information of my website into the below private information field.
I used my Gmail address when I was using ‘wp-mail’, but it didn’t work. So I used the ‘SMTP’ and put the information that I got from my hosting company.
Hello,
I created an application form with your guide, but when I tested it, it didn’t work. Attached is a screenshot of the error message. I used SMTP in the setting and put the information that was successfully used in other POP/SMTP settings. I don’t know how to troubleshoot this.
Thanks in advance!
best,

Thanks! I will try it out.
I will try that out. Thanks for the screenshots!
Hi Shufflehound team,
Thanks for your suggestion!
I will try to use the suggested plugin but wonder if you have any guide page to help us creating a contact form with that plugin.
Thanks,
Huieun
