I’ve already given you a screenshot. I’ve spent hours trying to get this to work and combing through other users complaining that it doesn’t.

No, it’s not ok. And given that there are dozens and dozens of people who have had the exact same problem in recent months, I’m guessing it’s your theme.
I’ve asked for a refund. This theme isn’t functional.
