Yes it works now! Thank you so much! =D
Got it, I changed it to the iFrame code and it is now showing on the homepage. (Thank you!)
However, I noticed that the box does not show up in full no matter how I adjust the height (screenshot f1.png). – I wanted to achieve screenshot f2.png
Do you mind helping me to check why? Many thanks once again.
Here you go, thank you so much for your help.
Sure, thank you so much for your kind help.
Please try again, my apologies.
Unfortunately, that didn’t solve the problem.
Instead, the icon is now missing on all the pages and blog posts.
Sure, thank you so much for your kind help.
Got it. Looks like I have to create another test site for this purpose.
Yes, I have added the icon according to the steps above. The problem that I encountered thereafter is as follow:
I have deactivated the plugin as instructed. And yes, I am using the latest version of the theme. Thank you so much for your kind help.
I tried and there were no conflicting plugin.
Moreover, the Facebook Page Plugin is a javascript code: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/page-plugin
Therefore, I am unsure on the interference.
Thank you for the explanation.
I have tried to insert an image into the blog post via Unyson shortcode (similar to the first image in your previous response). However, nothing appears when I update the blog post.
It seems like I am still missing something from the shortcode.
I don’t get you. You mentioned in the second response of this thread that this is achievable. However, the settings could not be changed due to a known issue.
5 months later, this issue seemed to be resolved. Despite that, you mentioned now that there is no way to achieve it.
So, what is really happening in these 5 months?
Yes, I can enable the settings now. However, how do I set it up in the blog post such that Lightbox will work when user click on the image in the blog post?
Here is what I have done so far: Main Blog Page > Unyson Shortcodes > Single Image
General > Select Enabled under Lightbox
Lazy Loading > Disabled
Here is what I have tried for the blog post: Image Details > Display Settings
Link to: Media File, Attachment Page
In both cases, the image will open its URL instead of opening in a Lightbox.
Please advise if I am missing a step.
Thank you!
How is it? Thank you.
Solution for this topic
I managed to make it work – the form does not show up when I clicked on “Preview Changes”. However, the form shows up when I update the page.
Now, I just need to figure out how to style the form.
Thank you so much for being so helpful as always!
Hi Shufflehound Support,
After I clicked on “Single Image” from the unyson shortcode, I toggled Lightbox to ON under the General tab. Once this is done, I clicked “disabled” under Lazy Loading Tab.
Finally, I updated the page. However, the toggle goes back to OFF.
Am I missing a step?
Hi Shufflehound Team,
I am well, thank you.
I tried, and the form shows up when I tapped on the visual tab. However, nothing shows up after I clicked on preview – not sure where is the problem.
Hi Shufflehound team,
It was been a while. How is the bug fix for this problem? Thank you.
That works perfectly. Thank you Shufflehound Team!
