this is wrong practice, you should add an option in the theme menue to remove the ?v=
because if i edit it manually, next time i update the theme, i will have to redo this work
please pass this SEO bug to the programers of jevelin theme, its not only me, tons of plugins knows to remove ?ver but no one seen ?v including the experts autoptimize
Regarding the ?v=
its basically something you have to change, non of the plugins you gave us should do it, because the known term is ?ver=

basically the issue is: style.css loading things that are not needed for the front page:
“The pagespeed recommendation is not about duplicate files, but parts of CSS loaded that are not used to render the page.”
- i have used wp autooptimize, wp fastest cache and OMGF plugins, all couldn’t remove this, because you use ?v= and not ?ver=
3. can you please check if you are calling the css twice from within your theme?

i use autoptimize plugin and another plugin that does optimization.
do i need to restart wordpress after the manual update?
