Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Jevelin theme.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

Instead of your shared CSS code you can just use the following simple custom CSS code.
.sh-titlebar { display: none !important; }Could you please tell me exactly what error you are getting or share the screenshot of it?
The theme doesn’t provide this option as this is plugin territory but you can try achieving this by using the following solutions.

There isn’t any exact theme option that matches all of your stated requirements so i what i suggest you try the various provided theme options and just use the options that fulfil most of your requirements.
Then share me the page URL from your site where it is displaying and tell me which options are remained to implement so that i can check whether it is possible to implement them developing custom code.

It seems this is not working on your shared site because you have set your blog post format to Gallery instead set it to Standard as shown in the attached screenshot.
