  • You can use the following CSS code as described above to reduce the height of header and footer.

    .sh-table.sh-titlebar-height-small {
        padding: 130px 0 30px;
    }
    .sh-footer .sh-footer-widgets {
        padding: 50px 0;
    }

    Hi @roobinda,

    Thank you for your question.

    Do you mean the icons displayed in the header as shown in the attached screenshot?

    These icons are displayed by http://simplelineicons.com/ so we can try changing theme using CSS code if you tell us to which icons you want to display in place of them.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    Hi @msjcaetano,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.

    1 – The WooCommerce Account Icon is not showing on Header Elements;

    It is working fine for me on my test site using latest version of theme.

    Could you please try using latest version of theme by downloading it from this link?

    http://support.shufflehound.com/download/jevelin-beta/

    2 – WooCommerce Items Per Page on Theme Settings is not Working;

    It’s the known issue which will be resolved soon.

    In the meanwhile you can fix it by using the following custom plugin that contains custom code.

    https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7X-aZPqO9LzTHZia3ZzcWtUd28/view

    3 – How can i change the type of Header on a single product page?

    I am not sure what you meant by type of header so could you please describe it a bit more in detail so that i can help you?

    I want to disable the “back to top button”, but the button is still showing…

    I could confirm the issue on my test site  which will be fixed soon.

    In the meanwhile you can try disabling it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.

    Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

    .sh-back-to-top {
    display: none;
    }

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    Hi Ahmed,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    You can try removing the “Assign menu”  by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.

    Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

    #header-navigation {
    display: none;
    }

    Could you please tell me specifically a bit more in detail which sections of the header and footer you want to change the height by sharing the specific screenshots of it so that i can help you to achieve this?

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    Hi @chudancha,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    Could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is not displaying correctly so that i can troubleshoot it?

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    Thank you for sharing the screenshots.

    WooCommerce Average Rating filter not working in the shop page – when I select one of the filters (e.g. 2 stars) all products are showing up!

    Actually you are misunderstanding this. It is average rating filter widget and not exact rating filter which means it displays all the products having minimum rating selected so for example if you select 2 stars rating then it displays all the products having minimum rating 2 stars but doesn’t display products having only one star ratings.

    The label of Variable Products in the product page is cut, not showing the label “choose an option”.

    It is working fine for me using latest version of theme as shown in the attached screenshot. Please make sure you are using latest version of theme from here http://support.shufflehound.com/download/jevelin-beta/

    If the issue remains after using latest version of theme then could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is not displaying correctly so that i can troubleshoot it?

    The integration with a 3rd party plugin “Booking & Appointment Plugin for WooCommerce” is not done. The calendar and the filters by date are not shown.

    Could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is displaying so that i can help you to correct it?

    @somedayrainbows

    The form is working fine for all users except you but if you request a functionality that the form doesn’t provide currently then we just refer to use form plugin.

    It seems your issue is different than the issue posted in this topic by the original users so could you please create new topic for your issue so that we can help you there?

    This will ensure the original topic creator doesn’t receive unwanted notifications of replies.

    We would be more than happy to help you to make the form work on your new topic.

    You are most welcome here 🙂

    It’s Unyson problem so hard to fix in the theme but we’ll try to do it soon in the theme and update you here.

    in reply to: Column margin problem.

    We have fixed the issue in the following beta version of theme so please try using it.

    http://support.shufflehound.com/download/jevelin-beta/

    To make the fix work after using the above theme version please open the table element and save it again.

    Hi @roobinda,

    I hope you are well today and thanks for posting here.

    We are in the process to add the search functionality in the forum and we’ll do it soon.

    Best regards,

    I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me .

    I logged in to your site and confirmed the issue.

    It seems the issue is occurring because your hosting is blocking requests to github api as described on the following page so please contact your hosing provider to release the block on github api.

    https://github.com/ThemeFuse/Unyson/issues/1591
    https://github.com/ThemeFuse/Unyson/issues/957

    Yes, but I want it to look like your form. When I add the shortcode for the Contact 7 form in the page, it looks terrible in comparison (text fields stacked on top of one another) and is not styled like your form in the Landing Page template. Is there any way to integrate Contact 7 with your existing form?

    Contact form 7 and our forms are two different forms so they can’t be integrated and you can only use either of them. As these are two different forms the Contact form 7 will display differently and you have to style it using CSS to look it like the theme form.

    Additionally, you provide options in your form to deliver success and error messages to the end user, but as the original commenter stated, these do not work when the user submits the form. Your form is beautiful, it is just missing some key functionality. Can it be fixed in a theme update?

    I think you are misunderstanding something here. The original commentator said “Errors are well displayed but I have to scroll the page to the contact form to see them.” so if this is not a case on your site then use the theme form.
