Hello,
I’d need to make the custom fields in the project pages clickable to redirect to catalog’s, video’s or configurator’s url. Can I work with html coding on the field’s title itself or do I need some other procedure/plug-in?

I am not sure exactly which custom fields in the projects you are talking about so could you please share me the screenshots of whole screen where it is displaying and not just part of the screen that you shown in your shared screenshots?

You can use anchor HTML tag in the description option of custom fields to add links as shown in the attached screenshot.

The title field doesn’t display HTML only description field displays.
