    Hi support,

     

    I added a portfolio element to an empty webpage. All the items show fine but when moving around in the filter, the animation seems to go nuts. Instead of the clean shrinking and enlarging of the items when changing categories, the items tend go flying off screen somewhere and come into the screen from the sides.

     

    Can you find out what I’m doing wrong?

    Login info and the page in question are in the private information field.

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any or use following plugin to check it.

    Are you using any custom CSS code on your site?

     

    If yes then please try temporary removing it.
