To achieve that please use Portfolio 2.0 content element and set its filter style to 4 as shown in the attached screenshots.

It is a Mix style of blog that you can set as shown in the third attached screenshot.

This is because that option is only available in the Unyson page builder but you are using Visual page builder so please use Unyson page builder.
