Need a bit of help please. I have turned off the ‘auto-play’ feature on my icon box but it wont’ turn off.

- Just noticed that my mobile version is a bit off. The menu on mobile is squished for some reason. See the attached and you will see what I mean.
- I purchased this theme because of the responsive abilities. I’m having issues specifiying the order of items on mobile.

On mobile I would like it to show like this

I have tested it visiting your shared site but it does not autoplay for me.
Could you please test it on a different browser?

To resolve it, please try updating the theme to the below latest version as described in this page https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

Those columns you have created using Visual Composer page builder so you have to order them on mobile as described in the following pages.
