    Hi there,

     

    I’ve had a few customers complaining about problems entering their COUNTRY into the checkout form. Without being able to enter their country, they are also not allowed to continue to pay.

     

    We’ve missed about 3 orders so far this month because of this issue. Please help!

     

    “I’m trying to complete my order, but am not able to fill in the United States for country requirement… that’s the only thing keeping me from completing my order. Please send me instructions to bypass this or fix it. ”

     

    I would like to place an order, but it won’t allow me to put the country in. Is there a number I can call to place my order?"

    Could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is not working so that I can troubleshoot it?

     

    If I need to log into your site to access that page then would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
