    Hi,

In the attached screenshot, as well as on findings.blog.home, you can see how there is too much margin between the posts in some cases. It doesn’t always happen, but between some posts it does.

I am using an iPad to view this, but I believe this also happens on desktop.

Is this a bug? Is there a workaround?

    Thank you!

    Hi Jon,

    Thank you for your question.

I tried to access your shared site to troubleshoot the issue but the site is not accessible and I am getting an error message “This site can’t be reached”.

Please make sure that your site is accessible and you are using below latest version of the theme so that I can troubleshoot it.

Please login to access this file

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    Okay, will do.

My bad, the site in question is http://findings.home.blog.

Updating to the latest theme (3.1.3.5) did not help.

Resolving plugin conflicts did not work.

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Gillion theme as displayed in the attached screenshot.

Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

Thank you for the offer! Sorry, I am not allowed to do that. But perhaps if you tell me the things you were planning on investigating, I could do it?

    – 1: Try disabling all plugins and enable one after the one

    – 2: What else?

Something else I found: it doesn’t happen on the first page view. Only second and thereafter. So perhaps it’s some caching issue.

I disabled “lazy load images” in WordPress and this fixed the issue.

That’s a shame because I’d like to have that on, but it’s not a biggie. You may want to file a bug report on your end, though.

    Thanks!

I am not sure what option you are referring to “lazy load images” in WordPress so could you please share the screenshot of it?

    Sure

The “lazy load images” option that you have displayed in your shared screenshot is not a theme option but plugin or wordpress.com option that you are using on your site so please contact them to troubleshoot it.

Yes, it’s a WordPress.com option. It’s on per default, via the Jetpack plugin.

Anyway, we can close this now. Thanks for the help.

You are most welcome here 🙂
