    Hi,

I recently bought the theme. I’m not able to access Theme Settings (could before, but not anymore).

Image attached. Just a blank screen with the ‘S’ repetitively turning. And I can see Save CHanges and Reset Options at the bottom and nothing else.

Please advise on how to fix this?

    Things I’ve tried:

    • Repeatedly logged out and in again. Still error.
    • Deleted and reinstalled theme. Still error.

    Hi @shootthepianoplayer,

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

Also, please make sure you are using latest version of PHP on your server by referring to the information provided in the following pages.

    Best regards,

    Thanks. I’ll try that.

I’m using the very latest PHP version, btw.

Right now, I’m able to access some of the theme settings via using Customize under Appearance. That seems to be a work-around to get to Theme Settings. Although I did notice not all of the settings are there.

Ok please try that and let me know how it works for you.

Weird. I’ve been experimenting with this.

Theme Settings works on Firefox, but not on Chrome. So I guess this means it’s not plugin conflict and browser related instead?

    Solution for this topic

Yes, it seems your chrome browser related issue.

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me on chrome browser.

Please try using latest version of chrome browser, clearing the browser cache and disabling all browser extensions.

Working now after a browser cache restart. Thanks.
