    Hello,

     

    We no longer have access to the publish button in the home page.
    As a result, we can no longer update the content of the site.

    What do we have to do ?

     

    Jevelin Version: 4.2.0
    WordPress: 5.1.1
    PHP: 7.3.3

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    Are you facing the issue only for that page or in all the pages?

     

    To confirm whether it is a theme issue or your WordPress site issue, just temporary use the Twenty Seventeen theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s the theme issue or else it is a WordPress site issue.

    I have this problem with the page “home” and only by activating the theme Jevelin.

    I think it’s related to the plugin “Unyson” but I do not know what to do … because on other pages using this plugin, it’s ok.

    I am using Unyson plugin on my site but didn’t face any issue with it.

     

    Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

    I logged into your shared site and reinstalled the Unyson plugin which resolved the issue.

     

    Could you please confirm it?

    I’m sorry but I still have the problem. I do not have a publish button.

    Why do you have to change all English texts when they have to be in French?

    I uninstall and reinstall the plugin, the problem persists. Do you have a solution ?

    I didn’t change any text on the site but just reinstalled the Unyson plugin.

     

    I logged into your site and saw now the issue is reoccurred.

     

    This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

     

    If it is not a plugin conflict then please try recreating the page as that page can be corrupted.

    Hello, I’m sorry but there is a real problem …. I started a new page yesterday, everything was ok. I wish to continue today and I have the problem again!

    Do you remember what you did that caused the issue?

     

    If not then please recreate the page and try to find what caused the issue.

    No since when I edited my page, everything was ok. After one night, returning to the page, the problem is back ….

    I have these problems since I updated the theme with PHP 7.3. The problem comes from the theme, not from the manipulations I do.

    But this doesn’t happen on my test site and also on other pages of your site so there must be specific to your homepage causing the issue that we need to find out.

     

    Why the two different editors are displaying on your site in the home page as shown in the attached screenshots?

    It’s ok.

     

    Last question, is it possible to increase the number of items in the portfolio? Currently it is limited to 15 but I would like 16.

    To help us keep support thread separates could you please create a new thread for each of your other questions instead of asking them in your single thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.
