    Hello,

     

    I keep getting the same 403 error when trying to upload the demo content:

     
    <div class=”ocdi__response js-ocdi-ajax-response”>
    <div class=”notice notice-error is-dismissible”>

    An error occurred while fetching file from: http://api.shufflehound.com/gillion/ocdi_files/personal/personal_content.xml!
    Reason: 403 – Forbidden.

     

    </div>
    </div>
    I have updated all of my plugins.

     

    Please help!

    I checked with my hosting. They upgraded me to the latest PHP and indicated that the theme is not uploading to the dashboard properly. There appears to be a server issue on your end.

     

    Is it possible to get the demo files and upload them manually?

    There isn’t any demo content files to upload them manually.

     

    I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using below latest version of Gillion theme.

    Please ask yourweb host to whitelist and not foibid the access to  the URL http://api.shufflehound.com
