    Hi,

     

    We are having an issue with  Jevelin theme and our plugin for bookings Team Booking.

     

    When a customer makes a booking through our plugin, he receives an email with a link to cancel the booking if he wants.

     

    That link goes to a not existing page in our website.

    When other theme is active, CSS styles are loaded and everything works right, but when the theme active is Jevelin, there isn’t a CSS style for that page.

     

    What could we do to solve this?

    Hi @garibaldirestaurantweb,

     

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    I can see in your shared screenshot that it is loading admin-ajax.php file which is a file of admin area and not front end of the site therefore the theme style is not loading as it only loads in the site front end and not in the admin area of the site.

     

    Please contact the plugin support to know why he is directly loading this admin-ajax.php file in the front end.
