Hi!
What is the optimal size of images to be uploaded into a library and then used for a featured image in blog posts? As I can see in demo theme, some images within blog posts have been distorted. I suppose this is because of a wrong image size or am I wrong?
I don’t know if this matters but I don’t use sidebars at all so each blog post is full width.

What is the optimal size of images to be uploaded into a library and then used for a featured image in blog posts?
It is different for various thumbnails as listed below.
Normal thumbnails – 660px X 420px
Portrait thumbnails – 420px X 660px
Square thumbnails -660px X 660px
Landscape large thumbnails – 1200px X 675px
So you can set larger thumbnails size 1200px X 675px
