    I have tried using Jevelin along with the plugins Brizy and WPBakery page builder and I am running into so many problems. I need a refund ASAP, this theme is awful! I have attached an image of what happens once I create a page and try to use brizy to edit it. Also, I am positive this is NOT just the plugin, because when I have tried to use multiple other plugins, the result was the same. Please give a FULL refund!

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

     

    I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of Jevelin theme, Brizy and WPBakery page builder.

     

    This can be your WordPress setup issue so to confirm it just temporary use the Twenty Seventeen theme on your site. If you still face the issue then it’s your site issue.

     

    We can troubleshoot the issue and resolve it.

     

    You can request the refund from the Themeforest where you have purchased the theme.
