    I had to redo my website so I started from scratch and downloaded the latest version. I’m unable to install the demo data with the one click install or the old method. I get Error: error(0) as soon as I try to import.

     

    My site is https://www.bigfishdesigns.com

     

    I’ve tried to import a couple of different demos and none will load.

    I tried to log into your shared site but the credentials not working.

     

    Please make sure that you have shared correct credentials.

     

    Also why the login screen on your site displays broken as shown in the attached screenshot?

    I’ve diagnosed the problem… issues with mixed content (secure/unsecured)

     

    you should be able to log in by going to the unsecured side:

    http://www.bigfishdesigns.com/wp-login.php

    Solution for this topic

    I logged into your shared site and imported the demo content on it without any issue as displayed in the attached screenshot.

     

    Please confirm.

    Yes thank you… I think it might have been an issue with Cloudfare’s SSL and wordpress… I found some info that you have to use some plugins to get it to work correctly.
