    Hi.

    We have a problem with google map, we insert the api key and the coordinates but the map appears grey and there’s no error in console.

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    It depends on how you have configured the Google map element settings and its address so could you please share the screenshots of it?

     

    Also, it seems you are using an older version of the theme so please update the theme on your site to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

    Hi again.

     

    The configuration of the address is in captura.png the configuration of the google maps is in captura1.png, do you need anything else?

    We just updated the theme and the map is still not visible.

    Please try adding the exact address removing the latitude and longitude as shown in the attached screenshot.
