Hello,
i have an issue regarding the import data :
– images and some of the content won’t show (even customized content).

I contacted the IT of the server,
we set all the curl, php version, and secure_mod, add a SSL certificate.
We are working on the last WP version on a dedicate server (running on linux).

I tried to re-install all WP + Jevelin + import data with the new tool, as you suggest in the other similar topics. I tried to make another theme default like twenty-thirteen and it goes the same and even worse, some shortcodes aren’t find in the dev tool.

On my local install with Wampserver, there is no problem, the Jevelin theme installed works perfectly.

The IT told me it’s maybe related to the SSL version of certificate, they are trying to update it with a secure SSL (not 1.0 and 1.1).

Here is some messages i can get for you from my BO > Site Health :
– REST API Error: [] cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds
– The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working as expected.
Erreur rencontrée : (0) cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds
– Important: HTTP looping connections are not enabled on this server. If you need to contact your host, tell them that when PHP tries to connect to the site at the URL http://mydev.mywebsite.fr/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php and it gets the error {error}. There may be a problem with the server configuration (e. g. local DNS problems, mod_security, etc.) preventing connections from working properly.

Please can you tell me if we are missing something ?
What are your recommandations for the server settings  or else ?
