Hi,
I’ve been told that the images are not shown on the ipad.
I do not have an ipad, and I’ve seen some topics talking of ipad problems…
¿ is there any spacial configuration to make in order to get site working in ipad?

To troubleshoot the issue, we need to know exactly which images are not displaying on iPad by sharing the screenshots of it so could you please share it?
On which browser the issue is occurring?
Please try using a different browser.

as I’ve told to you I’ve no IPAD , but NO images were shown, only the text.
Default iPad browser, safari, it’s not an option to tell clients use another browser, must work in any main browser on any device.
¿are safari on iPad supported by your theme?
If not i guess that you should state that clearly on buying page ….

The theme works on any browser.
We are troubleshooting the issue, therefore, we need to also test it on a different browser to know whether it is a browser-specific issue.
Is it possible to ask your client to also test the below demo site to confirm whether it is a site-specific issue?
