    Hello Shufflehound,

    I am having a issue with YellowPencil not working on two of my pages created using WPBakery builder. I have been working with both of their support teams and after testing different solutions, I was told to switch the theme and see if the problem persisted. After switching to different themes such as Twenty Seven, I did not have any issue using yellowpencil or WPBakery.

    Can someone please look into this as soon as possible. Both plugins are functioning as they should. It appears to be an issue with Jevelin.

    Could you please share the page URL from your site where it is not working so that I can troubleshoot it?

     

    Also, please tell me exactly what issue are you having by sharing the screenshots?
