    I am following the installation video, but the plugins are not installing.  I am getting errors “The plugin does not have a valid header” and “Installation package not available”.

    This is for Unyson Framework for example, but also others (e.g One Click Demo Install).

    Please help 🙂

    Can you install those plugins directly from wordpress.org website as below?

     

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/one-click-demo-import/

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/unyson/

    That works, thanks.

    It kind of defeats the purpose though, as you boast easy, 2 min installation (which is one reason why I purchased the theme), and that obviously doesn’t work.

    I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me and also other thousands of users.

     

    There must be specific to your website causing the issue.

     

    Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
