I recently purchased this theme and have noticed instant performance issues. I have tried disabling all plugins with no success. All the steps I have been advised to take involve practically rewriting the CSS style sheets which is not what I paid for.I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

That is not a valid response. I have tried more troubleshooting than I think is acceptable and I have narrowed it down to this. When I have your theme and its related plugins active my websites performance is crippled. To fix this I must spend copious amounts of time reading documentation and attempting to resolve myself. We paid for this template so we would not have to deal with exactly these issues. Please offer something more substantial than the generic message you send all the other unfortunate customers.

Samuel WhiteThe load time of the website does not just depend on a theme but the plugins, page builders and content that you are using on your website.
If you compare the theme with WordPress default theme or any other theme that provides less functionality then obviously their load time will be faster as the functionality consumes more resources.
In your shared screenshot, you can see Reduce Server Response Time (TTFB) is taking too much time as highlighted in the attached screenshot.
