    Hi, I’m stock in WordPress Menu: Customize->Import Demo Data->One Click Demo Import in the Corporate (Unyson Builder) Error: Not Found (404) I installed all required Plugin and some optional plugins.

    I tried also:

    Legacy demo installation method (replaces site content and could not work in some hosting servers):

    1. Go to Tools > Demo Content Install
    2. Choose demo you would like to have, and press Install
    3. Confirm installation
    4. Wait until the demo is installed

    Can’t Do this Step Because the Appearance is not in WordPress:

    1. Make sure that One Click Demo Install plugin is installed and activated (if it isn’t installed then you can install it under Appearance > Install Plugins):
    2. Go to Appearance > Import Demo Data
    3. Choose demo you would like to have, and press Install
    4. Confirm installation
    5. Wait until the demo is installed

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    Can’t Do this Step Because the Appearance is not in WordPress:

    Why Appearance is not there on your website as it is WordPress default admin menu item?

     

    Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

    I have two different domains and web hosting with the same problem. I changed the php.ini to increase the time and memory, I change to different internet velocities and tried for to days. I deleted both hosting and installed from scratch, nothing work. Please share with me the error if you fix it because I will create 3 more websites with this theme.

    I logged into your shared website but couldn’t do any troubleshooting on it as I can’t deactivate any plugin or access the Appearance menu.

     

    Could you please make sure that this is accessible on your website?
