Is there a way to Turn off elements for phones?

Hi,
I want to turn off elements so they don’t appear on phones. Is there a way to do this?

Hi,

The sidebar elements I have created using text boxes would be the elements I would want to hide on phones.
There are multiple locations it is shown up on the website. Nearly all pages have this sidebar that I would like to hide.
